This blog is a collection of free roleplaying adventures — and the design thinking behind them. I like lots of different roleplaying systems, but here you’ll mostly find material for Dungeons & Dragons, Call of Cthulhu, and GURPS.
Because every game group needs a break from their usual roleplaying setting, you’ll find many of the adventures on this blog use genres that aren’t typical, such as historical horror, pulp adventures, Arabian Nights, steampunk, and lots more.
My goal is always to give the GM all the stuff they need to run an adventure with their friends. This means my adventures usually include not just the adventure, but also cool handouts, pregenerated characters, and virtual tabletop assets (VTT) for GMs running their games online. Prepping adventures and GM’ing is time intensive, so hopefully this site helps!
If you’re looking to get started, you can find a complete list of the adventures in the Adventure Index.
If you like any of these free adventures, all I ask is that you post a comment or tweet me @SageThalcos on Twitter. Enjoy!
